We used to be regular customers, because the ice and the coffee were really good. After I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, I was pampered by the owner. The toilet is probably no longer public and customers are no longer allowed to use it. I have small children who need to go to the bathroom or have to wash their hands after the ice cream. In addition, we were often charged too much and the owner is not friendly to his customers. Now we will look for an ice cream parlor where a toilet for customers is available and the staff is friendly.

We arrived there after a long walk around town, ordered at the counter (self-service) and my husband asked for the toilet. "Not anymore," was the answer. ☹ That does not work !! In an ice cream parlor I expect that I can use a toilet! We did not receive a reason. The ice cream was ok, my iced coffee was large, tasted very thin and more like latte, was nothing special, of course, a matter of taste. We'll probably go somewhere else next time.

Beautiful ice cream parlor in the heart of Gmünd. Great atmosphere with sharp employees. One is always received and served with a smile. Super delicious ice cream and a variety of varieties. Always my pleasure:)

Ice cream was ok, but there is better than in the city. More precisely, at the marketplace. Location is nice, you can sit outside and it is pretty quiet The people behind the counter were kind of cool, it's like in the movie. So older Muslim people stop, did not ask if is the parents of the owners are the help.
